A North Dakotan and General Manager in the automotive industry, Cody built Hayvn after years of watching hard-working employees struggle between paychecks — not from lack of discipline, but lack of a system that actually helps.

With a background in leadership, finance, and franchise-business management, Cody designed Hayvn to bring peace of mind back to the people who keep America moving. His belief is simple: stability should be earned through work, not borrowed through debt.
